Holiday's always bring a Smile
So i have not blogged in a bit, but thought i would post about my week of Christmas. It feels that the older you get the more different Christmas becomes to you. Of course as a kid you never understand this. But you appreciate seeing other people find joy in gifts versus you getting a gift. This Christmas was neat as it started out with taking gifts to family in need that my ward put together for FHE. It was so neat to see the look on the children's faces when we walked into their door with handfuls of gifts to fill their Christmas tree with. It just touches my heart to be able to reach out and touch and help others on this wonderful holiday.
My family celebrated Christmas on Wednesday as my brother had to work on Christmas eve and Christmas when we would usually celebrate it. We cooked a big dinner and afterwards we all exchange gifts, i had worked in UT all week and i was so exhausted when i walked through that door. Oh how i wish i had the energy to visit and enjoy my family more that night. We all got to talk to Randy which was pretty exciting and I hung out with the kids. I have to say I just love seeing my sisters kids they are too cute. Over all it was a great Christmas. Below is kaitlyn and Mason picture taking with my camera:)
