Adjusting to three...

Hi Family!
So this week was quite the adjustment having 3 of us instead of 2. We went and picked up Sister Yang on Tuesday as I told you last week and headed back to town. When we got back here, we went straight to Sister Coyles house for her greenie dinner. Every time a new missionary comes into the area, Sister Coyle makes them a greenie dinner, which is pretty funny. I remember mine and how she thought I was ridiculous because I did not eat very much. We of course laugh about it now that she knows me better. On the first day you are so overwhelmed that you hardly remember or appreciate it until later - that is for sure. I think your trainers are more entertained by it than anything.

(Back to the letter):
The next couple of days were good to see Sister Yang at appointment and what not. I have to tell you it is interesting to train with you trainer. I'm not sure how often that ever happens, that is for sure. It is a learning experience for us both as it is not usual to have two people train you. Sister Dalton and I are working at it and I am loving doing it more and more each day. Sister Yang is going to be a huge asset to our companionship and I am looking forward to the next 6 weeks. Oh! I forgot to tell you the joke the Elders played on her the first night she was here. Basically it was the same thing they did to me, only they were hanging from the rafters of the garage. We knew about it as we do not park in the garage anymore, so we had to purposely do it that night. She took it pretty well and it was funny.
As for our investigators, we had the most amazing experience this week with Oscar. He has been taught all of the lessons and was on date to be baptized for a short period of time, but told us that he wanted to be sure. He decided that he would tell us when he was for sure ready. So he basically took himself off date. We felt good about it because he was truly sincere and he reads each week and keeps his commitments. We asked if he would attend Lauri's baptism the other week so he could see what a baptism was like. We told him it would be cool as he could see Sister Dalton play the flute and everything. Well he was way interested and really wanted to come, but it turned out that his kids did not get done with this party in time for him to come. So when we told him how it went, Sister Dalton also said that she returned the flute that she was playing. He was funny about it and told her she should keep playing. She of course said she would, but not right now. Well he opened our lesson with a prayer and in his prayer he asked that Sister Dalton would continue to play the flute as he may ask her to play for his baptism as he may swing his decision that way. It was funny to an outsider like Sister Yang. The prayer was funny, but I felt the spirit so strong in that prayer and had tears in my eyes by the time he was done. I know he will make the decision to get baptized and I am so thankful to be a part of his experience. He is such an amazing person.
We also had one investigator drop us, which was a hard experience as she was just afraid to attend church. I hope that she will one day be willing to overcome her fear of that and continue learning about the gospel. It is so important to continue learning about the gospel each day and the more I am here the more and more I am appreciating it. Sometimes you just want to shake a person and say: "What are you thinking? Do not miss this opportunity!" But everyone has their agency and we are praying for each of them to make those choices in their lives that will bring them closer to the Savior.
So see below for the picture of a moose. We were sitting in the church parking lot about to leave and we look up to see a moose in the yard across the street. We told Sister Yang that she was pretty lucky to see a moose this soon on her mission. They are pretty big and agile. The one in the pic hopped the fence like it was nothing. I am excited to eat moose. We get to have dinner next Monday where a member is going to feed us moose - or I should say caribou? Anyhow, I hope you are all doing well and I love you all!!!
